CatchFire! Igniting Energy and Performance
Available in Keynote Presentations, Half-Day Seminars, and Full-Day Programs

Recently the group vice president of a branch of International Paper reported on the success of one of his salespeople. Eight years ago, he had been performing at the low end of the sales force and was in line to be fired. Upon completing a CATCHFIRE seminar, he made a dramatic physical and mental change, exercising every day, changing his eating habits and practicing a "positive explanatory style" whenever things didn't go his way.

The results of his total makeover were huge. His marriage got better, his energy returned and he became, within six months, the 2nd top salesperson in the country... that's not the end of the story.

This remarkable turnaround continued up to this day. The overall success, over the entire period resulted in $1,250,000 extra to the corporation. In other words, he not only hit his annual numbers, but exceeded them by $150,000 or more each of the eight years since. When I interviewed him, this sales person told me that he was still exercising, sleeping well and maintained "towering levels of energy." Of all the results of the program, a greater level of energy was the key ingredient.
